Hey Broken Homie, We’re keeping it fun again this week. But first….a couple quick things going on with us. 👇

📌 Quick Hits from the Collective

A few things worth knowing before we get into it:

🎬 New animated shorts series is LIVE. We started turning our favorite podcast moments into short cartoon clips. The first one dropped last Saturday.

We’re a small indie crew using a mix of tools we’ve got to bring these moments to life. Go watch it and let us know what you think 👉 [Watch the first short]

🐈‍⬛ My Cat Died has a new episode out. Staffman’s been cooking solo — go show it some love 👉 [Listen to the new episode]

📲 The channel stays active. Dropping memes, silly Ai podcast art , and unreleased soundbites you won’t hear anywhere else. Pull up.

👀 And yeah — we’re still talking about new episodes. Stay close.

Okay. Now the important stuff. Snacks. 🍬

“Moment of silence”

😭 The snacks they took from us 😭

Yo! Let’s start with the big one.

Dunkaroos. Little kangaroo, little cookies, that frosting to cookie ratio that was NEVER enough. They yanked them for years and a whole generation grieved. We’re still not fully healed even though they came back. Trust issues remain.

Gushers that actually gushed. Fruit by the Foot that you measured like it was a science experiment. We weren’t eating snacks we were performing rituals. 🤲

🥤The drinks that vanished 🥤

SURGE. We will say it with our chest. That green can had us vibrating through 4th period. It was basically legal in a way that feels suspicious looking back. They discontinued it and the internet had to beg for years to get it back.

Squeezit. You had to fight that bottle for your life to get a sip. Orbitz, the drink that looked like a lava lamp with the floating balls in it that nobody should’ve trusted but we all drank anyway. What was that? Didn’t matter. We drank it. 😭🤣💀

Surge can — guaranteed “YOOO” moment

🥨 The ones that hit different 🍿

3D Doritos. They were Doritos but puffed!. Why was that so much better? It just was 🤷‍♂️. They took them and gave no reason.

Planters Cheez Balls in the big blue canister. The orange dust on your fingers was a fucking language!

French Toast Crunch when it was actually shaped like little toast…. not that fake shit they brought back later. We know the difference. We were THERE.

👉Here’s the thing though.

Half this shit probably wasn’t even that good or more importantly good for our health. But that’s not the point. It tasted like being a kid with no bills and a whole summer ahead of you. You can’t put that in a vending machine.

That’s the whole vibe of the show….the little stuff that takes you all the way back. 🏫

👇🤔 We literally did an episode on this 🎙️

Real talk we went DEEP on this back on Episode 41. A whole episode just breaking down the snacks that raised us. If this email had you in your feelings, that episode is gonna take you all the way back.

One more thing — pull up to the inner circle. 📲

We’ve got a Broadcast Channel on Instagram and right now it’s a small roomjust a handful of us who actually pull up. That’s kind of the point.

In there we drop stuff that lives nowhere else: exclusive silly ai show art, behind-the-scenes audio clips that never made it to any episode, polls, and conversation starters straight from us.

No algorithm. No noise. Just the people who really rock with us. The ground floor is open! Come get in before it fills up:
